Following on from the dispute between the Chinese Government and Google, comes a further issue of freedom of speech involving the United Arab Emirate and the makers of the Blackberry phone.

  2. I own an Iphone but the principles the same, I wouldn't like to think private conversations,texts etc were being intercepted and possibly used by third parties. I appreciate that terrorism is a blight on the world but by infringing civil liberties we are destroying our system just as the terrorists would through acts of violence. There is no simple solution but such infringement and monitoring is open to abuse by governments and their agencies.
